Nwaka Isamah

Nwaka Isamah is a talent strategy leader by day and a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor/certified executive coach by night. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Nwaka holds an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, a master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University, and a certificate in Organizational Leadership from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With over a decade of experience in the corporate workforce as a leader and mental health advocate, Nwaka specializes in amplifying performance and helping individuals feel engaged and purposeful. Outside of corporate, Nwaka has been trained in trauma-informed therapy, with primary focus on identity development, self-empowerment and agency, resilience, spirituality, and internal storytelling.
